Senior IT Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Pensions

Your role:
- Advise clients from the insurance sector on the implementation of digital transformation projects (process and IT optimisation) in the field of pensions.
- Process consulting in all areas of digitalisation (e.g. mass processing, consulting tools, digital status notifications).
- Requirements gathering and management for software solutions, as well as support of the product owner in backlog management.
- Quality management through test management and technical acceptance phases
Your background:
- Completed degree in economics, business informatics or comparable qualification, e.g. training as an insurance and finance clerk
- A minimum of 5+ years professional experience in the insurance industry – good knowledge of the occupational pension business processes of a life insurance company and/or experience in dealing with IT systems, portals and their interfaces
- Experience in classic or agile project management
- Strong conceptual, methodical and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Project-related willingness to travel
- Business fluency in German language (minimum C1)
