We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us to shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Teams and Product
Based in Germany and the US, our IT Infrastructure Services team designs, implements and manages global cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions to provide Flix with internal business services such as file sharing, identity and access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, 3rd level support and infrastructure consulting.
Role
As IT Infrastructure Engineer you lead the efforts of maintaining and improving our global identity and access management platform as a coherent set of high available services following our cloud focused strategy. It is your responsibility to identify improvement opportunities, drive identity projects and build a unified scalable environment.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Integrate new internal and external applications in our identity infrastructure (e.g. SSO) following best practices
  
• Work on projects to improve internal role based access concepts
  
• Consult other teams and guide them to success levering our services especially regarding identity and access management
  
• Drive innovation and improve our services together with the team
  
• Automate recurring tasks
  
• Design the future IT infrastructure of Flix and Greyhound
  

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• At least 3 years of experience in Entra ID or similar Identity and access management platforms
  
• Advanced knowledge about modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0 & SAML)
  
• At least 3 years of scripting experience (preferably Power Shell)
  
• At least 1 year of experience with Iaa C solutions (preferably Terraform)
  
• Basic experience with using API's
  
• Experiences working with Iaa S solutions is a plus
  
• Experience with M365 products such as Exchange Online, Share Point/One Drive, MS Teams are a plus
