As Senior Platform Engineer, you will drive initiatives that enhance developer experience, reduce cognitive load, and facilitate efficient product delivery while working in a safe and compliant cloud environment. Your contributions will be vital in transforming our platform team into a proactive product delivery team that effectively supports our internal tech customers.
What you'll do

Improve Developer Experience: Streamline processes to minimize cognitive load and make product delivery more efficient. Design and implement user-friendly tools that address developers’ needs and pain points
Foster Platform Engineering: Help transition our platform team into a dynamic product delivery team focused on internal developer satisfaction
Cloud Optimization: Leverage and maintain the advantages of our cloud infrastructure to support product delivery, security, and compliance
Innovate Solutions: Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative approaches to enhance our platform capabilities

This is you

You are a dedicated ❤ Platform/Dev Ops/SRE lover or cloud-affine software developer with a strong focus on enhancing developer experience, agile practices who fosters a culture of experimentation
You have a solid engineering background (preferably with Go, Ruby, or Type Script), enabling you to connect effectively with developers and understand their challenges
You possess in-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS), container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform)
You are familiar with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Data Dog and Linux/Unix systems
You are passionate about equipping developers with the right tools, processes, and environments to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional business value
