Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power platforms, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as data modeling.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions using Power Apps.
• Implement and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Create and manage advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify needs and propose technological solutions.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of delivered projects.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and data modeling.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Knowledge of API integration and web services.
• Experience in implementing solutions in specific industries.
• Knowledge in deploying Power BI and Power Apps solutions in other environments such as data warehouses and Share Point.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Previous experience in mentoring and team development.
• Open to learning new programming languages.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
