To strengthen our global team, we are searching for a:

Senior Product Designer (all genders)

This role is hybrid, allowing you the flexibility to choose your work location within Germany—whether from home or our beautiful office in Berlin Kreuzberg.

Your responsibilities:

• Design System Ownership: Maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring high quality, speed, and scalability. Use prototypes to test and refine components and interactions.
• Optimize User Discovery: Identify and validate user needs leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
• Lead User Research & Prototyping: Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to uncover insights. Use prototyping to create interactive models for fast testing, iteration, and validation.
• Deliver User-Centric Product Designs: Create exceptional UX/UI designs that align with user needs, business goals, and brand standards. Use prototyping to quickly validate design choices through real user feedback.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers and product management throughout development to ensure cohesive, successful execution.

Your profile:

• Skilled at transforming user needs into clear, functional design solutions with strong usability focus.
• Proficient in user research, usability testing, and creating high-quality wireframes and visual designs for Saa S products.
• Experienced in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping, with attention to UI/UX detail.
• Expert in design systems development and proficient in tools like Figma.
• Collaborative and organized, working effectively with cross-functional teams to anticipate stakeholder needs.
• Fluent in English
