What You'll Do:

Prepare, plan, and execute test activities, including developing and documenting test cases and scenarios.
Document test procedures and compile results, continuously improving established test processes.
Define requirements for software tests and test automation within team projects.
Develop test standards, tools, methods, and processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Manage and assign tasks to external QA engineers, ensuring effective and efficient testing.
Conduct exploratory manual tests and create automated load tests (K6), evaluating the results for performance improvements.

Who you are:

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
Experience in test planning, design, development, and automation (e.g., Cypress).
Knowledge of Linux and various tools such as Make, Subversion, Jenkins, etc.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Type Script, Java Script).
Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, data structures, and logical dependencies.
Experience managing external QA engineers and excellent communication skills.
A team player with a strong grasp of development tickets and the ability to derive necessary tests.
Fluent in English; German is a big plus.
