- Inspiring leadership of an international team to strategically promote and sell the organization’s products and services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while aligning with the company’s overall sales vision
- Proactive analysis of market trends, future needs, and growth opportunities, ensuring the team remains ahead of challenges and capitalizes on profit potential
- Skilled in identifying, researching, and connecting with new clients, building long-term, positive relationships that drive future sales and customer loyalty
- Champion customer feedback and monitor competitor activities, enabling quick adaptation to shifting market conditions and evolving customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, ensuring sustained growth and success
- Empowering and guiding a high-performing team of 20+ professionals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Your maintask
- 5-10 years of leadership experience managing teams across sales, internal sales, and technical sales functions
- Proven expertise in component business, service business, or comparable business models, including distribution and OEM environments
- Solid project management experience, providing valuable support and insights into sales and business operations
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
