We are on the hunt for a SEO Project Lead based in Europe(DE, AT, IT, NL, PL, FR, ES) to set sail with us. You will drive and coordinate SEO strategy, and content distribution across all our markets. This role has a strong emphasis on project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be overseeing a technical SEO specialist and an SEO content specialist, while driving the central SEO content production, auto-translation, and distribution of content to various markets. Your ability to manage complex projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery will be key to success.

DUTIES ON DECK

• Coordinate the central production of SEO content, leveraging automation tools for translation and ensuring smooth distribution across all 10 markets.
• Prioritize the SEO content production process between markets, aligning efforts with commercial interests and evaluating reach potential to prioritize content production and distribution
• Align efforts with the SEO content specialist and technical SEO specialist to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Develop project plans, allocate tasks, and track progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet our objectives.
• Facilitate communication between the SEO team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance to the management
• Facilitate and develop an approach for SEO Content co-creation between Editorial teams and AI technology
• Lead the team, focus on their development, lead team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members have the resources and guidance they need.

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in SEO content distribution across international markets, with a focus on process automation (e.g., text generation and translation tools)
• Experience in overseeing both technical and content-focused teams within a digital or SEO environment.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
