We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specializing in General Management for Cummins in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) related tasks, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and promoting a safe workplace environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for local employees, vendors, and guests, providing timely assistance and support.
- Support various site operations, including handling maintenance, repairs, audits, and special projects to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
- Maintain seamless daily office operations by managing resources, supplies, and processes that contribute to a well-organized workspace.
- Gather, compile, and verify data for reports, presentations, and forms, ensuring accurate entries in office databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Conduct research, generate statistical reports, and assist in departmental activities such as correspondence, meeting coordination, and handling inquiries.
- Prepare and submit documentation for vendor and supplier payments, manage accounting requests, and respond to inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures, supporting business improvement projects and routine administrative needs as assigned.

Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
