Tasks:

Review architecture to spot potential vulnerabilities and risks
Maintaining documentations required for Governance/Compliance
Occasionally perform pentesting, API security testing
Recommend best security practices for software development

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in security pen testing with identifying and understanding the most common application security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
Ability to work independently and proactively contribute in a global team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presenting skills; able to concisely communicate security risks to both technical and business audiences

Experience in some of the following areas:

Platform Architecture and Processes management
Experience of managing a team of 4 to 6 engineers
Identity and Access Management Systems
Application Security, cryptography and protocols
Secure System Development Life Cycle
Security and system Incident Management and monitoring
Exposure to Security Operations, and Cyber Security
Have managed vulnerability management and penetration testing
Broad knowledge of Information Security Management, Risk Management, and Asset Security
Computer, IT Security, Network Security, and Cloud Security
Security standards, laws, and compliance
Experience in implementing security controls to improve system/platform overall security

Nice to have

Written and Spoken German Language skills
Previous technical background in:
Web application development/ architecture or related fields
Has been a Back end or front end or full stack engineer in career with exposure to tech stack including Java, React Native, Kafka, Py Spark, AWS ecosystem
Industry certification from vendors: ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, EC-Council, Comp TIA, ITIL,
