Setup test strategy and test concepts for discrete MOSFETs

Define test specifications
-
Analyse and evaluate characterization and production data
-
Modify and improve existing test routines for MOSFET products
-
Define and evaluate new test solutions in cooperation with internal and external test centers as well as in the local lab
-
Occasional consulting for customer support on testing or datasheet-related questions
-
Masters degree in physics or electrical engineering, preferably with focus on microelectronics or measurement technology
-
Min. 3 years experience in testing semiconductors on product or wafer level
-
Experience with statistical test data analysis
-
Preferably knowledge in device physics of discrete power MOSFETs
-
Programming skills preferably in Python or VBA
-
Basic knowledge of PCB design and simple electronic circuits is a plus
-
Hands-on measurement experience is a plus
-
Experience with spice modeling is a plus
-
Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office), technical data analysis tools, and problem solving techniques
-
Business fluent in English
-
Good teamwork skills
-
Occasional travel
