(Sr.) Test Engineer (m/f/d) - ssMOS

Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 24 months.
What you will do
  • Setup test strategy and test concepts for discrete MOSFETs
  • Define test specifications
  • Analyse and evaluate characterization and production data
  • Modify and improve existing test routines for MOSFET products
  • Define and evaluate new test solutions in cooperation with internal and external test centers as well as in the local lab
  • Occasional consulting for customer support on testing or datasheet-related questions
What you will need
  • Masters degree in physics or electrical engineering, preferably with focus on microelectronics or measurement technology
  • Min. 3 years experience in testing semiconductors on product or wafer level
  • Experience with statistical test data analysis
  • Preferably knowledge in device physics of discrete power MOSFETs
  • Programming skills preferably in Python or VBA
  • Basic knowledge of PCB design and simple electronic circuits is a plus
  • Hands-on measurement experience is a plus
  • Experience with spice modeling is a plus
  • Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office), technical data analysis tools, and problem solving techniques
  • Business fluent in English
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Occasional travel
