• Role: Technical Moderator for Participant Testing
• Type: Freelance contract
• Location: Obentrautstraße 72, 10963 Berlin, Germany
• Start date: November 4, 2024
• Duration: Through January 31, 2025; potential extension
• Capacity: Up to 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday
• Language: Bilingual German/English
• Pay: $24 USD per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform Moderator 1, 2 activities as required;
• Perform data dumps;
• Set up testing and moderator rooms with required equipment;
• Manage the device bank and regularly takes inventory of Applause and client property;
• Update software/firmware when applicable and tests new builds;
• Manage the key log;
• Ensure devices are cleaned; and
• Related project activities.

Qualifications:

• Prior IT/Help Desk experience
• Software QA experience
• Linux/ADB CLI experience
• Strong communications skills
• Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus!
• Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
• Problem solving capabilities
• Be a quick learner
• Must be dependable!

Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: 22,00€ per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
