As a Strategy Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization. In doing so you will work closely with the Strategy PMO Lead and various cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with the overarching strategic goals of the company.

• Project Facilitation and Coordination:

You assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling strategic program initiatives across regions and central functions to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. You act as a liaison among project teams, providing necessary support to drive project milestones.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

You build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, identify dependencies and align project objectives and milestones.

• Reporting and Analysis:

You regularly report on project status to the Strategy PMO and other stakeholders. Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project performance and outcomes.

• Risk Management:

You proactively identify potential risks, obstacles and issues within projects, proposing mitigation strategies and actions to the Strategy PMO Lead.

• Support Strategy Implementation:

You support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure that projects align with the strategic direction of the organization.

What you need to succeed

• Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of project and/or program management, preferable at a consultancy or a global operating company
• Analytical and strategic thinking - able to see the big picture from scattered pieces of information; Ability to collect and synthesize complex information, making it relevant, understandable and actionable for key stakeholders
• Excellent German and English language are a must, additional language skills an advantage
• Ability to act as a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skillsskills
• Solution orientated individual with strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally approx. 20%
