Your role in detail

The AG-Capasso group studies how the immune system changes with age and in Alzheimer's disease. Our research on innate myeloid cells such as microglia and neutrophils is carried out with genetically modified mouse models and we need support primarily with genotyping (DNA isolation, PCR, run PCR products on agarose gels). Additional experiments such as IF staining and flow cytometry ones might be performed too, depending on the workload.
The candidate will join a highly interactive team and will have great flexibility in terms of working hours.

Your qualifications

• University enrollment in a Biomedical subject.
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience with DNA extraction and PCR assays will be desirable but it's not a requirement
