Your role - We are seeking a motivated and tenacious junior professional to join our Supplier Engagement Team as a Supplier Engagement Intern either in Berlin or Munich or remotely in Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management and internal process optimization while contributing to the development of resources that enhance our supplier relationships.

Type: Paid Voluntary Full-time Internship (40 hours/week)
Duration: at least 5-6 months with the opportunity to renew the contract

Your tasks

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of supplier resources, including guides, manuals, documentation, and training materials.
  
• Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supplier engagement and internal workflows.
  
• Use your Excel proficiency to support our processes and data integration
  
• Collect and analyse feedback from suppliers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall supplier experience.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding supplier processes and expectations.
  
• Join the Carbmee team in Berlin or Munich and get the unique opportunity to work with the biggest organizations in the world to help them reduce carbon emissions.
  

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a German university or you just completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  
• A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in supplier management and process optimization.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Excellent business English, with other languages a strong plus
  
• You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international either in Berlin, Munich, or remotely within Germany
