Your role

• Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels, ensuring high product availability while balancing working capital costs and liquidity.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving for logistics and supply chain processes.
• Monitor and improve inventory and warehouse optimization efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ERP development, purchasing, category management, trade marketing, and content production, to enhance supply chain processes and systems.
• Support the improvement of planning systems, reporting tools, and interface processes, contributing to areas such as supply planning, Sales & Operational Processes, and SCM resilience strategies.
• Communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders to optimize logistics and ensure continuous improvement in product availability for sales channels.
• Actively contribute to ongoing improvement projects, challenging the status quo and fostering innovation within the SCM function.

Your profile

• A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and warehouse management.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in performing quantitative analysis on data sets to inform decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven business environment, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of the German language is a plus.

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 46,000€-63,400€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
