Team Lead (m/f/d) - Industrial Engineering

About the role
The ideal candidate will oversee and guide a team of industrial project managers to optimize the processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
This is your new job
  • Lead the Industrial Engineering project manager team
  • Own the optimization, cost down and outsourcing project portfolio
  • Define Industrial Engineering Roadmap together with key stakeholder from Product Management
  • Monitor progress and drive execution of Industrial Engineering projects
  • Manage escalations towards resource providers for projects

This is you
  • University degree in Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in project management preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication skills and proven track record in managing cross-functional projects
  • Direct and indirect leadership experience in leading international / cross-cultural teams
  • PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex technical problems
  • Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Resilient and assertive
  • Solid knowledge of semiconductor technology
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
