Job Description – Tele sales Assistant - Germany
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably within the technology or audio industry. (Minimum 1 year)
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools.
- Knowledge or interest in audio technology is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers within the German market using various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).
- Present and promote our audio products and solutions to prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients to drive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the German market.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team in Southport to align on sales strategies and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
