Requirements
– Strong “hunter” mentality for the ability to chase new business.
– Drive and desire to leave no stone unturned.
– 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
– Experience dealing with a large customer account such as OEM'S, Distributors and B2B, with the ability to negotiate contract terms, and pricing strategies.
– Experienced analytical and project manager.
– Highly motivated with strong organisation skills
– Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs.
– Full-time position in Germany. Remote working for a UK company
– Salary Commensurate with experience.
– Applicants with less experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the implementation and follow-up of new business partnerships.
_ Responsible for building reports on sales Metrix.
_ Responsible for the building of robust sales pipelines.
– Conduct detailed analysis of distributor performance and provide recommendations. Time distributed 80% on new business and 20% on account management.
_ Exception to travel and meet new and current clients in person, when video conferencing is not adequate
– Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and propose improvements.
– Support the Export Sales operations by serving as the regional point of contact for distribution partners in your area.
– Present marketing strategies and manage social media platforms and press opportunities.
– Provide all distributors and dealers with technical support and training.
– Fluent in German and English
– Coordinate with internal teams to support partnership goals.

Pay: 30.000,00€ - 70.000,00€ per year
