We are looking for a full-time, permanent Strategic Business Partner to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

As the Strategic Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives within our fast-growing and dynamic company. You’ll work closely with the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the company’s goals align with the Value Creation Plan, driving both operational efficiency and scalability.

In this role, you will take the lead on managing critical projects that have a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory. You'll prepare high-quality presentations for key investor meetings, ensuring clarity and strategic focus. As a thought partner, you’ll provide the CEO with insights and recommendations that help steer important decisions across the business. Additionally, you will support the development of strategies that align with departmental goals and budgets, ensuring their seamless integration across all functions for maximum impact.

Your role will also involve taking ownership of key tasks on behalf of the CEO, ensuring follow-ups are conducted and accountability is maintained across teams. By analyzing data and presenting actionable insights, you will help guide both strategic and operational decisions, contributing directly to the success of the company. Unlike traditional assistant roles, this position is fully focused on high-level strategic and operational leadership, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

Your personality, paired with:

• A degree in business administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in business consulting or a similar role
• Strong experience in stakeholder and project management
• Familiarity with big data (e.g. SQL, R, python)
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—ideally in a private equity-backed company
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Fluency in both German and English
