This role is key to enhancing performance and optimizing conversions on Contabo's customer-facing websites, including the commercial site (contabo.com) and the customer login area with the control panel for our products and services. It’s designed for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, ready to implement quick wins that make a visible difference in the short term while keeping an eye on scalable, long-term solutions. With a focus on data-driven insights and continuous testing, this position bridges analytical thinking with practical execution.

All in all, your focus responsibilities are:

• Analyze Data: Use GA4 to find trends and actionable insights that enhance the customer journey and boost conversions.
• GA4 & GTM Expertise: Configure and manage GA4 and GTM to drive data-based optimization.
• A/B Testing: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to improve user experience and conversions.
• Mockups & Journey Evaluation: Create mockups and evaluate every stage of the customer journey for seamless experiences.
• Optimization Opportunities: Identify and prioritize impactful improvements with minimal resources.
• Automate Reporting: Develop automated GA4 reports for smarter, faster insights.

Your personality, paired with:

• GA4 & GTM Know-How: Confidence with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, enabling you to work effectively with data and optimize performance.
• Conversion Optimization Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Varify, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg to explore user behavior and identify improvement areas.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach that help you turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-On Attitude: You’re ready to tackle tasks directly when needed and enjoy making things happen.
• Good English Skills: Confident in both written and spoken English
• Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge with HTML and CSS, providing additional insight into web functionality
