• Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell’s end-user and distributors’ business to reach targeted revenue
• Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business by using data-drive and structured approach
• Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies
• Prepare sales plans and goals
• Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues
• Monitor performance of distribution partners and plan effective joint end-user visits to increase profitability
• Supervise and train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes
• Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs
• Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.

• Demonstrated experience in B2B selling/ channel experience ideally within PPE market
• Expert in consultative selling-like methodologies/approaches
• Knowledge of industry, end-users, and distribution network in Germany
• Self-starter with strong self-disciplined, and effective team player
• Excellent listening, negotiating and communication skills
• Knowledge of PPE industry is a plus
• Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
