In order to support the Digital (IT) Demand Management Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student (d/f/m) in Digital (IT) Infrastructure Demand Management

As a working student (d/f/m) you will be part of the international Digital (IT) Infrastructure Demand Management team. We plan and design the solutions for all non-standard IT Infrastructure requests in France, Germany, Spain and the UK for the whole company and work with various technologies. This is key to enable Airbus Defence and Space to digitalize and to grow.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the team accounting: collect, consolidate and create reports on financial figures
  
• Create regular reports on portfolio status and progress, run data analysis
  
• Setup and configure Jira Projects and Confluence Spaces (incl. filters and dashboards)
  
• Create team communication: Google Site, process documentation, etc.
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent field of study
  
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and programming skills (Google App Script / Java Script, Python, SQL) are required, know-how in Jira / Confluence / data analytic tools (e.g. Qlik) would be a plus
  
• First practical experience in the field of accounting, reporting and data analysis is desirable
  
• Fluent in English is required, French / German / Spanish is a plus
  

You are a good team player, have communication skills, and are able to work independently. We are looking for a student (d/f/m) with a motivated, innovative and adaptive mindset.
