What you'll do

We are looking for a student who can join us in our passion to improve the User Experience (UX) for Cloud ERP and bring crucial support for the product managers, user researchers and product communications team in our organization.


We would like the student to:

• Support our UX Product Managers and Project Managers engage with Customers and help to drive UX Research for our organization.
• Help to consolidate and gain a good understanding of UX requirements in support to UX PM with the multiple conversations and negotiations with Product Managers, Designers and Engineering team in Cloud ERP
• Being an interface to the Cloud ERP UX User Research team, supporting all tasks that occur when working together for initiatives or projects like consolidating customer data to draw conclusions for future engagements
• It is all possible that this student (f/m/d) can also support some of our Cloud ERP UX Projects e.g. Fiori First – bandwidth and availability permitting.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Studies, Design, IT, Computer Studies
• Computer skills: Microsoft tools, SAP Product knowledge is helpful as well as some experience of development languages.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German a plus
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, open minded, expert in organizing, creative, curious and energetic
• Others: some experience with the software industry is advantageous – could be in Sales and Marketing, User Research or in Engineering

Cloud ERP UX as an organization is dedicated to the improvement of user experience for all our Cloud ERP products and is known as a lighthouse organization for a people first and a collaborative culture. The UX Engagement and Experience team focuses on discovering Customer, partner and end user needs through dedicated Customer Engagement and UX Research activities. We take all this knowledge and help influence and drive our UX strategy, vision, key strategic UX projects and our UX go to market and rollout material.
We love to have students in our team, and love to see them grow and take on responsibility for topics in our organisation. We are committed to support them every step of the way to do this so that they feel successful and can make a real contribution to UX in Cloud ERP.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
