The role
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our HR operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining employee data, issuing important documents, and managing various benefits. Your attention to detail and service-oriented mindset will help enhance the overall employee experience.

How you’ll make impact
  • You’ll help keep employee data organized across our systems.
  • You’ll issue certificates and other important documents.
  • You’ll handle absence notifications.
  • You’ll manage benefits like the Germany Ticket and childcare support.
  • You’ll assist with various project-related tasks.
What’s important to us
  • You are a student of economics, social sciences, humanities, or a comparable field.
  • You have an interest in human resources topics.
  • Service-oriented thinking and actions, as well as enjoyment in dealing with people, characterize you.
  • A meticulous working style sets you apart, and you enjoy working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a given.
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
  • Your excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
