Deine Aufgaben

SAP (Erstellen von Bestellungen, etc.)
Lieferantenregistrierung (Pry-Source, Exiger)
Bearbeitung von Rechnungsabläufen (Lucystar, Service Now)
Anfordern von Angeboten bei Lieferanten
Erstellen von Angebotsvergleichen
Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenbewertung
Unterstützung im Reporting
Unterstützung bei Einkaufsprojekten
Arbeiten in MS-Office-Anwendungen

Dein Profil

Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
Solide Kenntnisse in MS Office
Solide Kenntnisse in SAP MM
idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik, Supply Chain oder ähnlichem

We are looking for a working student to support our team at one of our German locations as soon as possible.

Your tasks

SAP (creation of purchase orders, etc.)
Supplier registration (Pry-Source, Exiger)
Processing of invoice processes (Lucystar, Service Now)
Requesting offers from suppliers
Creating offer comparisons
Support with supplier evaluation
Support in reporting
Support with purchasing projects
Working in MS Office applications

Your profile

Good knowledge of German & English
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Solid knowledge of SAP MM
Ideally initial experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain or similar
