Mobi Web M.E.P.E. is actively looking for a Accountant / HR / Office assistant to join our offices in Patras. Job holder will:

assist with daily tasks of billing and finance departments

support employees management

ensure smooth running of offices

Responsibilities:
HR

Organize and manage employee records.

Assist in the recruitment process.

Address employee questions or concerns.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts.

Office

Manage filing system.

Record information as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Help organize and maintain office common areas.

Billing

Process, print and review invoices and billings.

Monitor invoices, sending reminders as necessary.

Finance

Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Basic accounting principles.

Excellent / Professional command of English language (oral and written).

Excellent computer skills (Web Browsers, Email Clients, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, tables etc.).

This position requires mulit-tasking and communicating with multiple department, as well as dealing directly with customers/suppliers.

Bonus Points:
Excellent / Professional command of 2nd foreign language (oral and written) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Excellent / Professional command of 3rd foreign language (oral and written).

Knowledge of Information Technologies.
