Monitoring and entry of all travel/transportation costs (expense notes)

Travel Management bookings and invoices’ monitoring for all employees

Monitoring of company car costs

Day to day communication with other departments

Assist in activity reports

# yourprofile

BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field

2 - 3 years of experience in an organized accounting department with C' category books

Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP will be considered as an additional qualification)

Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)

Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)

A positive and proactive attitude

Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented

Previous back office experience and knowledge of the German language will be highly appreciated
