SIPCAM HELLAS SA a Greek subsidiary of SIPCAM Europe, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant (Βοηθός Λογιστηρίου) to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Koropi, East Attica (on site job).
The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities

• Maintain O2C procedure, entry of accounting records (customer orders, sales invoices, credit invoices, incoming payments)
• Implement the commercial policy, maintain accounting controls, policies, and procedures
• Maintain P2P procedure, entry of expense documents, purchase invoices, outgoing payments
• Reconcile bank statements, payable, receivable and inventory accounts
• Assist with the processing of financial information to management, analyzing accounting data and preparing reports upon request
• Support monthly closing operations and annual audits
• Maintain e-books (MY DATA)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relative field
• 2+ years of previous work experience in similar position
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficiency in accounting software ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (ΕΛΠ, IFRS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize, handle pressure and work effectively within deadlines
• Holder of accounting certification (A or B class)
