• Private personal and group sessions taking into consideration the guest needs and preferences.
• To keep detailed and accurate records of guest information in a confidential manner.
• Provide additional assistance when requested from the management team or colleagues.
• Provide daily care at equipment of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Make sure to give individual attention and assistances to guests.
• Ensure efficient communication with your manager and other department to complete any special requests or services required by the guest.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all activities, operation hours and procedure of Fitness.
• Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the hotel and the company and as well as guest’s satisfaction.
• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely.

• Education: Degree at Department of Physical Education and Sports Science or Private Certified College
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in same or similar position

• Experiences: Running, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Sports. Proven experience as a Tennis coach/instructor, ideally in a hotel environment or Sports Club. Professional experience will be an advance.
