JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented architect to join our team to participate in all aspects of architectural work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning architectural projects comply with building codes and regulations. The position requires excellent communication skills, passion for architecture and high-quality architectural solutions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Performing spatial analysis of new locations of stores in Greece
- Analysis of the premises in regard of Technical conditions
- Architectural draft based on commercial maps
- Preparation of design and layout guidelines for new stores
- Cooperation with external design studios
- Analysis of design and furniture standards in terms of quantity and capacity
- Cooperation with contractors (construction, furniture, industry)
- Verification and correction of projects/layouts
- Participation in domestic and foreign delegations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Software experience: REVIT, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and/or Corel
- MS Project Software Environment Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Time management and creativity
- Excellent knowledge of English Language (oral & written)
- Category B driving License
- Ability to travel for professional purposes.
