Assistant Accountant - Logicom Distribution - Athens, Greece - 1-3 years experience

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Team, based in Aspropyrgos, Athens. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for all My Data entries and accurate information and will be supporting the Accounting Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing all Data entries.
- Booking and monitoring of daily expense invoices.
- Reviewing My Data entries and making corrections, if required.
- Conducting reconciliation of My Data entries versus vendors uploaded transactions.
- Checking data in My Data platform and conducting reconciliation with tax submissions.
- Supporting daily operations of accounting department.
- Conducting reconciliation of My Data revenue entries.
- Supporting audits, Month & Year-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Assisting with any administrative tasks required.
- University Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or other equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point and generally to be proficient with technology.
- Working experience with Microsoft Navision ERP will be considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Accountability, accuracy and ownership.
