Junior Project Manager and Reporting Assistant

Assist in leading important/strategic projects across the bank and other units

Support the process of synthesizing and maintaining project plans
-
Coordinate and enable the drafting of presentations and reports for upper management and internal stakeholders
-
Gather data and prepare reports for regulatory and supervisory authorities
-
Generate regular project status reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal stakeholders and management
-
Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, or another quantitative field of study
-
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management within financial services, banking, or technology
-
Strong storytelling capabilities and excellent presentation skills
-
Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and MS Project
-
Experience with Agile methodology and Dev Ops is an additional asset
-
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
