ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of Harbor Lab's Customer Onboarding Team and accountable for implementing and assisting in cross-functional project teams to achieve client and company business objectives. This position will involve working closely with software development teams to implement software projects for new or existing clients, and providing effective communication across all internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and enable the prioritization of decision-making throughout a projects’ life cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a passion for project management and delivery in a challenging and complex environment, where you can become a highly credible subject matter expert within the commercial maritime and commodity trading industry for Harbor Lab’s software products.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Work closely with the Customer Onboarding Specialists to understand client workflows and effectively configure Harbor Lab’s tools, services, and integrations to meet their needs.
• Prepare the customer training, ensuring a smooth transition and positive client experience.
• Make proactive configuration adjustments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction following Onboarding Team advice.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, capturing each client’s unique business requirements and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Keep our project management tools up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and deliverables.
• Work with the Accounting department to review contracts and set up each customer's invoicing accurately.
• Identify and track critical activities, risks, and contingencies, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Resolve, trace, and escalate configuration issues promptly to minimize risks and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

• 1+ years of proven experience in Project Management roles or equivalent, preferably in the shipping industry
• Consulting/Business Analysis skills required for the successful delivery of end to end complex enterprise software implementation, integration and client training across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering or related field. Shipping management knowledge will be an asset
• Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team and independently with an innovative approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders and customers, if needed
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Greek and English, both verbally and written
• Eagerness to contribute to scaling a growing software business, with creativity and a can-do attitude.
• The ambition to learn, develop, and adapt, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills.
• Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable
