SOFTONE Twinsoft is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, peripheral devices, and network equipment
Offering training and guidance to end users regarding the use of software and hardware
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Good understanding of networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Relevant certifications (e.g. Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be considered a plus
Νιce to have:
Previous experience in IT support role will be considered a plus
