SOFTONE Sunsoft is looking for a Ηotel Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team:
Servicing & advisory services based on hotel needs
Managing requests & proposals to ensure optimal usage & evolution of hotel applications
Implementation & training of hotel applications
Analyze & report malfunctions
Collecting requirements, & customization

Your Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Tourism Professions or Informatics
2+ years Hotel experience (3-5* hotels) preferably in hotel reservations or reception roles
Knowledge of Hotel applications in essential
Computer skills will be considered as an asset
Communication, & interpersonal skills
Customer – oriented skills
Responsibility & reliability
Driver’s licence
Very good command of English language
