Group Total Rewards & People Analytics Partner

Your Role
As a Group Total Rewards & People Analytics Partner you will be contributing to the implementation of our Total Rewards & People Analytics Strategy across the Group, crafting a world class compensation & benefits process and policies that reflect our values and strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Support the Annual Reward Cycle, collecting and compiling the required data and preparing relevant data reports and presentations
Administer and manage day-to-day operations of Total Rewards programs, including benefits insurance plans, compensation plans, equity-related initiatives, and other related programs
Ensure timely and efficient processing of payroll process on a monthly basis, and manage employee queries related to payroll
Support the maintenance and structure of the HRIS system as it relates to the Total Rewards sector, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders to support Total Rewards projects, such as pay reviews, benefits enrollments, and bonus administration
Analyze and report on people-related data and analytics to provide insights into Total Rewards program effectiveness
Communicate Total Rewards initiatives to employees and assist in providing training to hiring managers on implemented initiatives
Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and regulations related to Total Rewards and ensure compliance with employment laws
Collect annual comp & ben surveys and propose internal adjustments based on market data
Compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employee records and other sources
Prepare and support the creation of standard and ad-hoc HR reports and analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in reports (is. cost centers, etc.) and in the system and suggest enhancements
Renew organizational charts and participate in job descriptions creation
Assist in M&As post-merger integration in people related processes
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Robust experience in Total Rewards-Payroll field and/or HR Operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
Master's degree and/or People Analytics certification will be considered a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative background
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Power BI and Power Point
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and create consensus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
Familiarity with employment legislation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues and identify trends in data
