Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Provide consulting and support digital services to new and existing partners and customers.

Adjust and extend Commercial Platform's integration API to meet customers' business requirements.

Support partners with implementation and training of e-Invoicing web applications.
-
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements and needs, identify issues, and suggest the best solutions.
-
Collect and analyze customer requirements and communicate with the development teams to provide the best solution.
-
Troubleshoot technical and business issues.
-
At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment.
-
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
-
Advanced experience with XML and JSON files.
-
Working experience and support in web applications.
-
Experience with ERP Systems.
-
Self - direction, attention to detail & great customer focus.
-
Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
