Assistant Store Manager

MPD Greece facilities are based in Koropi Athens over a span of over 3,000 square meters which encompass a fully equipped workshop, offices, and logistics facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing all functions of the stores department.

Assist in managing daily operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts.

Support in maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet customer and workshop demands.

Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.

Accurately and timely handle ERP system entries.

Maintain comprehensive and organised records of all transactions and activities.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Oversee the delivery of spare parts to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet company standards.

Basic Job Requirements:
High school diploma: additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management will be considering an asset.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and other inventory management software.

Excellent ability to communicate and interact in English.
