Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with managers & analysts to understand the scope of projects.
  • Work with software developers and project support teams.
  • Identify business requirements.
  • Monitor applications and software systems.
  • Follow the best practices of software analysis (i.e. functional and non-functional analysis).
  • Write and execute user test scenarios.
  • Test in different software environments and design tests to mitigate risk.
  • Write bug reports, review documentation and provide quality assurance.
  • Provide objective feedback to software development project teams while presenting findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve, document analysis.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Tester or similar role.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills (greek and english both).
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

Νice to have:
  • Testing experience in ERP systems or commercial software.
  • Working knowledge of any programming language (preferably C#) and tools like Selenium.
  • Experience with automation testing tools.
