We are currently looking for a Call Center Quality Analyst to join our Customer Care Call Center Team based in Athens.
As a Call Center Quality Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of customer conversations handled by our Customer Care Agents both in Greece and Romania. The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills and a passion for maintaining high standards of customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
  • Regularly listen to recorded and live calls to assess the quality of interactions between our Customer Care Agents and customers
  • Evaluate adherence to scripts, policies, and customer service standards
  • Perform administrative duties related to quality monitoring, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide constructive and detailed feedback to agents regarding communication skills and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Excellent command of Greek and Romanian languages, both written and verbal
  • Experience with MS Office (excel etc) and G-Suite (google sheets etc)
  • Working experience in Call Centers will be considered a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
