Customer Experience Executive

Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyzing internal data (Car Availability, Sales Objectives, Budget) to efficiently organize the team in achieving monthly targets.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints, with emphasis in Garages.
- Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborating with various teams (e.g. Car Procurement, Leasing Sales, Garages, Contact Center) to identify opportunities.
- University Degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
- At least basic understanding on IT Systems
- Team spirit combined with strong business ethics and reliability
- Leading and organizing a team of people with various profiles and personalities
- Advance Analytical and Problem-Solving skills (Excel,BI, Dashboards)
- Strong Communication & Listening Skills
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities while focusing on detail
- Empathy and passion for customer experience
- Ability to suggest improvements and take initiative
