️ Position : Customer Service Representative
Location : Athens Greece
️ Schedule : 5 days per week, 8 hours per day in rotating shifts

Your role:
As a Customer advisor, you’ll be the voice of the company, providing exceptional service to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional customer support across various channels

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues, ensuring a sparkling experience

Collaborate with a passionate team to uphold our high service standards

Keep records and process customer accounts

Qualifications :
Native in Polish and fluent English

Enthusiastic about customer service and eager to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Team player with excellent communication skills
