My Team is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a young and enthusiastic individual to join as a Customer Success Specialist to help ensure that our customers are happy and successful with our platform. You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, offering ongoing support, and helping them get the most out of our service. Your role is key in keeping and growing our customer base, especially among sports clubs in Greece and Cyprus. This role focuses on managing customer relationships through phone and live chat, both proactively and in response to their needs. You'll be part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, working together to ensure customers success and satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities

After successfully joining my Team you will go through a training program in which you will get familiarized with the techniques, tools and processes we use internally to grow to an effective Customer Success Specialist. Upon completion of your training, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers and helping them get started with the my Team platform. Guiding customers through the setup process, providing training, and making sure they understand how to use our platform effectively.
  • Assisting with data entry to help new customers set up their accounts. Input and organize customer information into the my Team platform to ensure a smooth and efficient setup process.
  • Providing ongoing support through live chat, emails, and phone calls. Answering customer questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring they’re satisfied with our platform.
  • Monitoring customer usage and looking for ways to improve their experience. Tracking how customers are using the platform and suggesting upgrades or additional services that could help them.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and sharing relevant insights with customers. Keeping up with changes in the sports sector and using this knowledge to help customers get the most out of our platform.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly convey information and provide support through live chat, emails, and phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Empathy and problem-solving skills: Understand customer needs, address concerns effectively, and provide solutions that enhance their experience with the My Team platform.
  • Presentation skills: Confidently deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to help customers understand and make the most of our platform.
  • Time management: Efficiently manage time to provide timely support, complete tasks, and assist multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Customer-focused mindset: Stay committed to helping customers succeed and enhancing their overall experience with our platform.
