Overview:
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst/Business Intelligence (BI) professional to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support strategic initiatives. As a Data Analyst/BI, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to help guide business strategies and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:

Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Perform thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into understandable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and facilitate data-driven discussions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies for optimizing business processes and driving efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular data validation and quality assurance processes.
Identify and address data anomalies or discrepancies to maintain data reliability.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as requested by management or other stakeholders.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, market research, and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

English native / near native – Greek (not mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science/Math/Engineering/Physics
Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View.
Excel proficiency, experience with Macros and data modelling.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., My SQL, SQL Server, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques is a plus.
