Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other social media channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and manage engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using key metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising, content management, and analytics.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
