Digital Performance Executive
Location: Galatsi, Athens
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Purpose
Execute and implement digital marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager. The role focuses on deploying digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing strategies and business goals. Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential for the smooth and efficient operation of campaigns, contributing significantly to strengthening the brand's digital footprint and enhancing customer engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and newsletters.
• Implement and monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to align with strategic objectives and optimize results.
• Regularly review and manage visitor data to ensure optimal performance across all campaigns and conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing tactics and strategies.
• Manage and oversee campaigns involving external collaborations, such as programmatic advertising and partnerships with Online Travel Agents, to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms to measure performance.
• Use analytics tools to generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and contribute to strategic planning.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in preparing detailed presentations for stakeholders, showcasing campaign results and future recommendations.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with web developers to enhance websites and applications, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
• Direct developers in setting up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok, and Google Search Console.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency. Experience or knowledge in the hospitality or tourism sector is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Campaign
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
