We are looking for a dynamic Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency for at least 2-3 years, skilled in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and will be responsible for managing e Commerce accounts, tracking sales performance, and generating comprehensive reports using Looker Studio and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to achieve desired performance outcomes (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
Manage and optimize e Commerce accounts, track sales and conversions, and attribute them to the correct channels.
Implement and monitor tracking for e Commerce sales and generate performance insights across Google and Meta channels.
Prepare regular reporting and analysis using tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics to communicate results and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure ongoing optimization and improvements.

Basic Requirements

2-3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Experience in managing e Commerce accounts with an understanding of sales tracking across multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker Studio and Google Analytics for reporting and insights.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and reporting

Good to Have

Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta advertising
