Digital Performance Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency for at least 2-3 years, skilled in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and will be responsible for managing e Commerce accounts, tracking sales performance, and generating comprehensive reports using Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to achieve desired performance outcomes (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
- Manage and optimize e Commerce accounts, track sales and conversions, and attribute them to the correct channels.
- Implement and monitor tracking for e Commerce sales and generate performance insights across Google and Meta channels.
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis using tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics to communicate results and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure ongoing optimization and improvements.
Basic Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience in managing e Commerce accounts with an understanding of sales tracking across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker Studio and Google Analytics for reporting and insights.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and reporting
Good to Have
- Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta advertising
