Digital Account Manager

On behalf of our client, a Meta Business Partner and Google Partner in Greece, we are on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team!
As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage client accounts, build digital marketing strategies, and oversee campaign execution across various platforms (search, display, video, and social). You will collaborate with internal teams, defining KPIs and managing budgets to ensure optimal performance. Your role will focus on client communication, reporting results, and developing innovative digital solutions to meet their business objectives while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs and conduct competitive research to inform strategies.
- Creative Briefs: Develop comprehensive creative briefs aligned with client objectives.
- Team Coordination: Organize daily tasks with internal teams, assigning work to copywriters, designers, and art directors.
- Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback on creative tasks to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients upon completion of creative work.
- Change Management: Handle change requests effectively for both creative and media aspects.
- Media Planning: Collaborate with the media team to develop media plans.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Account Growth: Work proactively with clients to support and enhance account growth.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a creative agency.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms with a creative and structured approach.
- Advertising Skills: Knowledge of major social and digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in technical and data analysis, including a solid understanding of Google Analytics.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with current digital and social media trends and creative formats.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, CRM, and email marketing is a plus.
