As Digital Communication & Brand PR Team Leader, you will oversee and execute comprehensive digital communication and PR strategies. Your role will involve, developing strong brand narratives, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring impactful messaging across all digital platforms, while leading a team of three people. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and maintaining a positive brand image. If you are a data-driven professional that has been exposed to digital marketing, social media, WOM & content management with a proven experience and record, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

What you will focus on

Support our strategy for online channels (website, social media, digital screens) aiming to promote all company priorities and support company/product campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing Business Owners to create content for the monthly calendars across various social media channels aiming to communicate the right messages.
Set and monitor KPIs, as well as generate reports in collaboration with performance agencies for all online/digital campaigns, to evaluate their effectiveness and take possible corrective actions.
Remain updated about other departments' operations, and participate on the evaluation and selection process of those that will be published on social media (In collaboration with your line-Manager)
Manage the community and complains/comments posted on social networking sites (in collaboration with the external communication department as well as the cooperating agency).
Handle the WOM plan and digital influencers plan that communicates monthly all the brand initiatives and activations.
Manage content dissemination, coming from key stakeholders within our organization, filter priorities, align with strategy and brand guidelines to all social media while keeping a consistent brand voice.
Secure information protection respecting all the regulations and laws that are applied (In collaboration with GDPR team/legal department and your line-Manager).

Who we are looking for

BSc in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset.
Working experience 4 - 5 years, in Digital Media & So Me in an Agency, Retailer or FMCG Company.
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
